Our goal is to give creators, small businesses, and entrepreneurs an easy, affordable place to host their websites.
2. Services Provided
GXA Host offers shared web hosting packages that include:
- Disk space, bandwidth, and email accounts as defined by your selected plan
- Free SSL certificate (AutoSSL)
- cPanel access for site management
- Optional site migration, setup, or maintenance services
We reserve the right to adjust features or pricing for future customers, but your agreed plan remains honored for your billing term.
3. Account Setup & Use
- You must provide accurate contact and domain information when signing up.
- Accounts are created manually in our WHM system after form submission and payment confirmation.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your passwords and files.
- You may not use GXA Host for any unlawful activity, spam, phishing, or malicious software distribution.
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
4. Payments & Renewals
- Hosting fees are billed monthly or annually as selected.
- Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle.
- Overdue accounts may be temporarily suspended after 7 days and terminated after 30 days if unpaid.
- Refunds are not automatic but may be issued at our discretion within 14 days of purchase for first-time customers.
5. Resource Limits & Fair Use
All hosting plans operate on shared servers.
To ensure reliability for everyone:
- Excessive CPU, memory, or disk usage that affects others may be limited or suspended.
- Email sending limits are enforced (typically 250/hour per domain).
- File storage should be directly related to your website (no cloud storage or backups of non-site data).
6. Domains & DNS
- Domain registration and DNS management are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise arranged.
- You must ensure your domain points to our name servers or hosting IP for SSL and site functionality.
7. Email Services
Email hosting is included for convenience.
However:
- Spam or bulk mailing is prohibited.
- GXA Host reserves the right to disable outbound email from accounts causing blacklisting or abuse.
8. Support
Support is available via email or ticket system.
We aim to respond promptly during business hours.
Support covers hosting and cPanel-related issues — not site design, third-party plugins, or external services unless contracted.
9. Liability Disclaimer
GXA Host and its affiliates are not liable for:
- Loss of income or opportunity from downtime or service interruptions
- Security breaches caused by client-side scripts or weak passwords
- Any content hosted on your website
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for hosting services during the current billing period.
10. Termination
You may cancel at any time by contacting us in writing.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of resources.
